Transit-Oriented Development Zoning Overlay

This task will focus on the development of specific land use controls that will enable and encourage Transit-Oriented Development along the Prospect Corridor and within the adjacent neighborhoods. Informed through City’s adopted Transit-Oriented Development Policy and adjusted through community conversations, the regulatory updates will focus on the pattern, form, size, and uses along the corridor and those appropriate for the adjacent neighborhoods. The zoning regulations recommended will be coordinated with the Transit-Oriented Development Framework and Recommendations tasks to ensure development and investment that contribute to the vision and goals established.
