Funding & Financing

This task will identify and refine the funding and financing strategies and policy tools that will be required to both, spur Transit-Oriented Development in the corridor and neighborhoods, and to ensure that its benefits are equitably distributed. An understanding of how these strategies and tools can be deployed to support plan goals in the study area will be prepared, as well as strategies that could be replicated in the City’s other existing and future transit corridors.
