Existing Conditions
This task will focus on creating an understanding of the current opportunities and challenges in the Prospect Corridor and adjacent neighborhoods. The task will document current development policies, land use and zoning, infrastructure and transportation systems, and the development market and economics of the study area. The information gathered and understanding prepared will provide the foundation for development of the Transit-Oriented Development Framework and Zoning Overlay, as well as the Recommendations, Funding and Financing, and Implementation to create change along the Prospect Corridor.
